Residential Services
Our residential community will be small and thoughtfully designed, featuring cottages that each accommodate two residents each. Our goal is to have occupancy available for about 6-8 residents.

Personalized care plans support independent living and growth by guiding individuals through daily living skills and activities
- Independent/Supportive Living: For individuals who are capable of some independence, with staff support available as needed and options for those requiring more care, with trained staff providing 24/7 support. These units will have a structured routine to support daily living activities, with a focus on life skills training.
- Health and Wellness Services: On-site care for individuals with medical, dietary, or therapeutic needs. This could include regular health assessments, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and counseling services.
- Personalized Care Plans: Each resident will have an individualized care plan developed by a team of professionals, including a physician, psychologist, therapist, and caregivers.
